Mike's Beef Jerky Marinade


2 Cups water
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup Western family brand Teriaki sauce (Save On)
TBSP black pepper
2 TBSP seasoning salt
1 tsp pepper flakes
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 TBSP honey
1 TBSP finely ground Montreal steak spice

Assemble above ingredients and marinade round steak cut into thin 1/4 inch strips
overnight. After marinating lay out on paper towel and dry thoroughly.
Sprinkle with extra black pepper and smoke for 2 hours,continue to dry at 150 degrees
for an additional 4 hours or until desired dryness is achieved.

Mike,  sounds good have some venison left over will start soakin tonite.
