Nepas has a big smokehouse, as well as AKHomeBuilt.  Maybe they will share some pics/measurements..

Is there a major trick or lots of work involved with using a old fridge?  I have plenty of those around from my line of work.  Not sure if there is a lot involved with possible stripping some stuff off of them or just install the heat and the smoke adapter?  Something comes to mind with the paint possible being a issue or plastic stuff??

If using a fridge you need one of the older ones with metal insides. A new one with plastic will need to be gutted out because of the toxins in the plastic.

You will need to remove the old door seals and use high heat seals, remove the compressor and anything that might give off bad things.

So now all i need to find is a old Hotpoint and i think i got this thing rolling!!  Where do you get high temp seals for the doors?

They're used on Backwoods and Stump's smokers...
You can probably get some "replacement" from their sites.

But, you can probably get it cheaper elsewhere.
Allied Kenco (google it) might carry it.

In the bottom right hand corner of the blueprint it talks about converting a fridge into a smoker in the link I provided above
