I am so stoked. I ordered a 4 rack digital with a extra set of racks. I go to a restaurant that does a lot of smoking and became friends with the owner. He uses 5 Bradley smokers and talked me into getting one for myself. I have lots of recipes for smoked foods that already smoked, what fun is that. I just don't know what to smoke first. I have a lot of bass in the freezer. I do like smoked pulled pork, bacon and smoked cheese. It so hard to decide what to break my smoker in with.

I am with you!!! My smoke should be here tomorrow so I want to smoke something this weekend but do not know what!! I was thinking about starting with some pork steaks but dunno

I started of with yard bird breasts wrapped in bacon. Also some moink balls or maybe some ABTs would be nice. Of course there always ribs and the always forgiving pork butt.
