Tip #1. Remember that the v tray suppose to go in like the letter  V. So that the drippings drain down to the hole and into the water bowl. We don't wanna see a pic of it in there upside down. :D ;) 8)

OH and keep that vent open. 1/2 to 3/4 for most stuff and wide open for poultry.
