Just joined the forum today.Purchased my OBS yesterday at Canadian Tire for a great deal. Already have my first set of ribs cooking. Looking forward to learning new tecqniques and recipes from the forum.

welcome to the forum and enjoy, remember to clean all the racks, v tray and bowl before use along  with seasoning it, ask questions and there will be a lot of input to direct you towards becomming a good  smoker. also remember to have the top vent wide open
