Getting in a Paducah state of mind..

Made a turkey/cabbage/rice/black eyed pea casserole last night. (takes some rotel tomatoes and some other stuff)   

It's pretty much a 'dump' recipe.  You don't even brown the meat in advance.
Simple, healthy and filling.   But it needed some zip...

MrsSTC yells from the living room.  Hey, get that Starnes out of the fridge.

Next time I'll add a 1/4 cup during the final 'stir'.

I'll post the recipe if anyone is interested.   It's stupid easy to make.  Just needs a little more 'pop'.
