Miss Vicky was going through the freezer in the fridge and found a Tri-Tip roast left over from the Smoke-Out. I thought you took all of them home with you? Since she had it thawing out, I sliced it up this morning. While I was slicing it up I got to looking. I think this Tri-Tip could give them Wagyu Tri-Tips a run for there money. The 1 or 2 slices that was just screaming to be tested was really good!! Squirt told me that these were Choice Angus Tri-Tips.
