Hello All,

I need some quick guidance.  I'm doing pulled pork.  Typically I do a 8 lb Boston Butt.  I pull it at 195F and that's usually about 19 hours.  That was my plan for today, but the guest list grew.  I'm now going to smoke two butts.  Any guidance on how much longer I can expect it to take?  Is it just the difference in how long it takes from the time I put them in the smoker until the temp reaches my smoking temp of 210?

Run your Smoke/Cook temp at 225ยบ and you should be still in the same ball park for time wise. When I have 2 of them in there about 15 pounds it usually takes around 14-16 hours
