cannot find pid post?

a few weeks ago someone(cannot remember who) posted a great breakdown of programming The dual prob pid. mine came in the mail a day or so ago and was going to mess around with it and get the hang of it. but i cannot find the post anywhere. does anyone remember where it was posted at? thanks in advance
