Did a Few Weaves today Stuffed Buffalo and Boudin

Did two separate weaves today. One I did with some fresh buffalo and the other was Stuffed Boudin.. I really enjoy how the bacon wrapped Boudin came out. The Buffalo I over did it alittle.. Alot of food for just me but wanted to try a few things i have seen from you all.

Caney, just an idea but this is how i like my boudin. plain and simple.

Thankyou. You guys rock. I have been grilling and smoking for a very long time and have learned alot in just a few months from this forum.. I appreciate all the advice and great information.
