Heating element has gone again, caput, finito.

My wife and I had relatives coming up to Ontario from Florida and we decided to cook up some baked beans, corn bread, salad and hickory smoke side ribs in the Bradley. I turned on the smoker and it wasn't long before I realized the heating element was gone again. This is twice now since June 2011. 12 people for dinner and no smoked ribs to feed them.  This is not a very reliable product in my opinion. It spends more time broke down then working.
