Winner Winner Wiener Dinner

Miss Vicky made this for supper the other night. I have NO IDEA what to call it. It goes something like this.

2 Boxes Jiffy Corn Bread muffin mix
2 15 oz Cans of Chili
1 package of Hot Dogs cut bite size (1 inch pieces)
Shredded Cheese

Preheat oven and prepare cornbread according to directions on box.
Pour cornbread into a greased 9x13 pan.
Evenly space hotdog pieces in cornbread mix
Dump chili out into a bowl and stir until smooth (Add a Tablespoon of water if needed)
Pour chili over the top of the cornbread and spread around. (I wanted to add some Jalapeno slices at this point, NO!! was yelled at me)
Bake according to the directions on the package or until cornbread is cooked through.
About 5 minutes before it is finished sprinkle some shredded cheese on top.



Also garnish with more cheese before serving.


(This was today's lunch reheated with mo chili and mo cheese on top)
