I am late with this post and I owe an apology to Matt.  Have been a little busy taking care of Jan but it dawned on me I had failed to recognize Matt's kindness.  A while back Matt was wanting some Starne's sauce and I sent him a bottle or two.

Late last week I received a box from Snelly packed with 2 different Goya Adobo seasonings, 2 bottles of Pat's Ho Made BBQ sauce and 2 different flavors of a Goya Mojo Marinade.

Looking forward to trying these goodies and a big thank you to Matt!

Is it bad if my wife refers to the smoker as "The Mistress"?
