NO cooking/smoking on Sunday!  Had taken out some ribletts to smoke Saturday, but got busy and didn't have time so doing today.  2hrs pecan and seasoned with Jans rub.

Had also taken steaks out to grill....Sauted squash in olive oil and pepper flakes, steak with Montreal seasoning and potatoe
