New Aussie - New Bradley.

Hi all,
I am new to the forum.
I have been lucky enough to win myself a Bradley 4 rack Original.
Cannot wait untill it is delivered to my house late this week, looking forward to all the wonderful food that is going to be created in it.
I am a lover of cooking and of food.

Also looking forward to spending time going through the forum.
Is there any posts that i should read first/things i should do.
