I know that people have said you can just about smoke anything in the Bradley so I was thinking has anyone ever tried to smoke a pizza?

I haven't done a whole pizza but have made a pizza that was made with smoked sausage, peppers, tomatoes and cheese

Not me,,,,,,,,but I here tell them pellet poopers cook a gooood tastin pizza.

The Bradley doesn't achieve high enough temps to completely cook a pizza inside. However you can place the frozen pizza or regular pizza in the Bradley and cold smoke it for 40 minutes to an hour then transfer to your oven to finish. As mentioned above Pellet Pooper Pizzas do taste pretty damn good
