Bradley Customer Service ( Elements )

Hi all

Not sure if anyone else is experiencing this.....

I had another element go on BDS4
I called Bradley, was put through to someones voice mail, left a message and never heard back
That was last week
I am a busy guy, I can understand how some things get forgotten
When I had no heard from them by this Wednesday, I figured a follow up call was in order
I talked to a live body this time, was assured someone would be in touch with me and its Friday and I have not heard anything back

I think the issue with elements has been well documented in this forum
Although the guy I talked to who was apparently new had no idea there was ever an issue with elements
Bradley's esteemed customer service has been touted as excellent here for all to see
To say the least, i am disappointed and hoping someone will call me soon

I am hoping for warranty replacements but I wonder if I had said I need to order 2 more because after 2 smokes they have burned out, they would have asked for my credit card number and they would be shipped already

Hope I dont sound like I am venting too much here but I think veteran and potential new customers should be aware of this

I have every confidence Bradley will make this right but I am not feeling warm and fuzzy right now
All I wanted to do was slow smoke some ribs.  Another addiction created thanks to the Bradley that requires regular servicing...  But what an addiction to have.  Even better to share here with some of the best people on the planet.

Would you like smoke with that sir ?

As I wouldn't either. But I have had no dealings with them. My element is still going strong. I was under the impression they switched suppliers and this was over with.
