On advice from a seasoned OBS owner I got myself an original Bradley with the plug and play dual element Auber PID. Stepping up from a Brinkman square charcoal smoker. Worse part about it is I have to wait a whole week before I can actually use it! Hmmm.... A whole week to think about what to smoke first!  ::)
A slice of heaven is a slice of smoked meat!

Hi Mxpunk64 and welcome to the forum.  Yeah, waiting is difficult.

"1) wash the smoker" ???

What do you wash?  OK, the racks and drip pan.  Anything else?

Welcome to Bradley and the forum.

I have a OBS with PID and a large Brinkman Charcoal/hardwood grill/smoker. I like them both equally. Each have their own advantages and disadvantages.
Life is short. Smile while you still have teeth.
