Obs smoke generator

One of the problems I had with my OBS was a failure to auto feed pucks every 20 mins, though it worked fine with the manual feed button.. The micro switch was adjusted,  then replaced and didn't fix the trouble. Bradley replaced the entire smoke gen and I  got to keep the faulty one (thank you Bradley cust serv). I strongly suspect the little black box housing the timer is at fault. I'd like to repair this generator if I can and use it in a cold smoke box. Has anyone found a replacement box or a work around with an external timer?
