Heating Element went out

Hello,
I am new here to the forums but have used my new Bradley a few times with okay luck until this weekend.  I think the heating element is out on it, I remember reading on these forums a while back this was a problem with some of the Bradley's.  My Bradley is only a couple months old and have used it maybe 6 times, I baby the thing and keep it in my garage between uses.  Is this common :( for the Bradley's to happen?  I have sent Bradley an email so hopefully I will hear something back soon.  Thanks everyone, your responses are welcome and encouraged.

Phone them in the morning and they will send you a new element.

Hello and welcome to the forum,,,Sorry to hear that you lost an element, and yes I lost one too, like you were told to contact Bradley by phone and they will send you a replacement, it only takes a few minutes to replace it just be careful when you tighten up the white ceramic pieces that hold the element, they will break if you tighten them up to tight...good luck my friend..
