Throw a bunch of wings in there or a tri-tip.  Use the leg racks to use stack the wings on. The Big Easy makes great wings.

I have three of the shelves, would they work better for the wings or are saying for me to hang them on the leg racks?

I tip them. Then cut the wing from drum and lay them down flat on the racks.
