What bundy said.  ;D

I ship sausage in the winter to wintering states in insulated boxes and it works for me.

Dont know bout over seas.

I just shipped a small well-insulated cooler full of frozen sausage with a couple small pieces of dry ice via UPS 2-day ground.  I dropped it off in the afternoon on Monday, and when it arrived at its destination Wednesday afternoon, it was still frozen solid.  Freezing the meat or sausage as cold as you can really helps, and some dry ice will keep the meat or sausage frozen much longer.  And I'm sure it helped that the cooler spent most of its time en route in unheated trucks and warehouses.
