Sliced picnic question

I've cooked quite a few pork butts for pulled pork, but I'm new to picnic.

I want to try doing a picnic for slicing (not pulling). What internal temperature should I cook it to? I usually go to between 190-200 for a pork butt, but I understand maybe that's too high for picnic.

Thanks in advance for your help!

For picnics for slicing, I let them just go through 165°F, then use the fork test. If you can insert the fork and remove it easily, it is ready. If you can insert the fork and easily twist it, you've gone to far, but often it still can be sliced.
