Wonder what they aste like?  Never had rabbit but one way and that's fried with flour and topped with gravy!

We got them runnin around here everywere, gotta wait to hunt them till after it freezes cause there covered with fleas.

I make a fall sausage or so I call it. It's made from all the meat that falls out back! I shoot them and debone the meat. Cut into 1/2 to 1" chunks and freeze. When ready it all gets ground and made into sausage. The batch so far contains Squirrel,Rabbit, Ground Hog,Goose and Duck. What ever is laying around. I will add some pork fat or butt to give it some grease and make a basic summer sausage. My buddies go nuts every time I make it. And some of the quezier people don't want to know whats in it. But they all want to eat it. LOL
