Just got a new spice for sausage making

I have seen a few recipes call for Fennel Pollen so I ordered some. Took over a month to get here, guess the border guards where trying to figure out if you could smoke it  ;D
Anyways bought a 1oz bag for 9.99. Shipping to my house it all came to 20 bucks.
Sure has a very nice smell to it.
