Just bought my Bradley Smoker Yesterday...

Hey guys, I am pretty excited about this new smoker... I did what the book said and seasoned it yesterday, now got my jerky cut, and ready to put it in the smoker... Cant wait!

A lil about myself, I am a Architectural Draftsman and Estimator for a Custom Home Builder. I have 2 Kidos and a beautiful wife... I consider myself a pretty big outdoorsman! I love to do anything outside... I hunt Bear, Elk, Wolf, and Deer...

Cant wait to try this thing out...
