Just picked up the new cookbook by Michael Ruhlman and Brian Polcyn called CHARCUTERIE when lo and behold what should be recommended as the "most appropriate smoker for home use and a home budget."  You guessed it...the Bradley!  Page 76 (next to the nice drawing of the smoker) goes on to say that "what makes this smoker appealing is its ability to smoke at very low temperatures."  One down side is that in the text they say that they have some wear and tear issues (not cited what those were) with the smoker that the company gave them, it is the "best and least expensive smoker we've found"

Havent tried the recipes yet but how bad can it be with a page and a half shout out to bradley!

Well, overall that has to be good news for the BS. Perhaps you would post back once you have tried some recipes and let us know how good the book is?

What's the betting they had a problem with the smoke generator?![}:)]

This timing out issue is getting old. It is also messing up the count on how many posts you have. I get timed out on every reply now.[:(]<blockquote id="quote"><font size="1" face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica" id="quote">quote:<hr height="1" noshade id="quote"><i>Originally posted by Spenser</i>
