Smoked Haddock

Does anyone have a recipe for Smoked Haddock(Scottish Style) It was a favorite of mine when I lived in Scotland.
It was so popular it could be served at breakfast,lunch or supper.

 Not sure whether it is exactly what you are looking for but it may be somewhere to make a start.
