Three weeks ago I put down another corn beef (sirlion tip).Thats right,3 weeks ago. Boiled it up today with carrots cabbage turnup and potatoes.Well it pains me to not be able to share it with you all.If just to see the smile of satisfaction on your faces.This is going to be the only way I will make corned beef for cabbage. WOW my wife said.She's the pickiest eater I know.I do want to smoke some as it is without adding anything else. I have also baked this corned beef recipe and ground it in a food processor to make corned beef hash.Flavor like I have never had from store bought junk.It's not even my recipe,but with the changes I made I can now call it mine.      WOW ;D
