Well been growing peppers for more years than I care to remember. The hotter the better! Oh Id grow some sweet peppers and a few mild, but mostly the hotter the better! Well me liking hot I can't really judge what is mild it seems. My wife likes mild peppers and even though peppers are called mild or hot doesn't mean much. So this year for her and some other family members Im entering into a new realm. Mild peppers! So these are what I'm trying. Hot Mariachi Hybrid 500-600 Scoville units,Hot False Alarm JalapeƱo Hybrid 250-500  ,Hot, Zavory Pepper at only 100 Scoville units. These should allow her to enjoy the taste for cooking and eating without to much burn I hope. LOL May then I can work up a little to where she can enjoy them.
