Make sure you have the cure and start at 150-160 (pre heated in either smoker or dehyd)

5 lbs pork strips
1.5 cups soy sauce
1 cup worcestershire
1 tsp cure 1
liq some...opt
2 Tbs kosher salt (soy and worcy sauce will have salt in it)

1 Tbs onion powder

Add whatever else you like.

Thanks, I'm assuming to marinade overnight. Quick question, what is liq some... opt   ???     is that extra liquid optional (as in water) thanks.

Very good recipe! I have used that on beef too! Actually one of my first for beef. The amounts are a little different but all the same players. Thanks for posting and reminding me. Brought back some good memories.
