I finally finished my KC remount, I'm using a dishwasher quick disconnect for water hook up and drain this way I don't have to unscrew my fitting for my portable dishwasher, The pump was $49 at Northen Tool http://www.northerntool.com/shop/tools/product_16818_16818 I used schedule 40 flexable pipe which I never knew existed until 2 days ago found in the sprinkler dept at Lowe's or home depot, Everything goes thru the footswitch which I  bought here http://www.ssccontrols.com/homepage-lightduty.htm I used the S100-1501 Light-Duty Foot Switch , This is the same one LEM sells for $50.00, I just use the toggle to switch from Pump or Stuffer, I left tube off for test and clarity

Way to go Tony.
Totally hands free control. You are going to find this is a cool addition. I added a T bypass to my pump around the speed control valve. You add another valve which allows you to not to have to mess with the speed control setting once you have set it. It only has value if you are doing multiple reloads. I am going to have to look into the flexible pipe that you used. Thanks for the info.

I can't believe that I have not seen this. I am in Home Depot so often they should give a orange apron. I know all the sales people by name. I will stop tonight and look into it.

Some valves are pretty hard to turn, and put stress on the pipe and fittings around them.  Have you had any problem with the flexible PVC bending when you turn the valves?
