Do you fold or cut a brisket to make it fit?

Just curious, do you all prefer to fold a brisket like Pachanga does or do you cut it into 2 pieces to make it fit in the Bradley?  I have a long 15 lb brisket and can't decide whether to fold it or cut it.  Your thoughts?
