After struggling for three years with smoke pouches on my Ducane I finally purchased a Jim Beam special, the courier dropped it off on Thurs - I have already done two batches of wings, some gouda, some three year old cheeses and some italian sausage. I LOVE THIS THING!! I have blown the grocery budget haywire - and bought 6 racks of ribs and a butt - getting them ready for tonite! The whole house smells awesome - my wife says she thinks I have the smoker somewhere in the house! heheh. Regards

I have baby back ribs, boston butts, pork loin all in the freezer for when I need / have time, or feel like smoking!
