Decided to try Soppersata from Charcuterie, It's very similar to the pepprone recipe I did earlier




My Drill ain't ascared of no Kirby Mixer!                            Cannon working perfect


Poor mans sausage pricker                          All ready to ferment for 12 hours (thats not smoke, It's haze from the sun)


Gonna hang around for awhile
