got pulled butt with vaulted vinegar in a zip lock ready for the nuker... also got 2 large artickokes too but i dont know what to do with them...

gonna try that castronville website for ideas... my wench got the artichokes cause she wanted to learn how to cook them... the problem is the only thing she knows how to cook is espresso... so its up to me...

I love artichokes, I grew them for 5 years in my vegetable garden until a cold winter killed them off. Artichokes take time to eat, but that's all part of the experience. I think of it as the veggie version of eating crab from the shell. Here is a website that "tells you everything you wanted to know about artichokes...and then some".

When I grew artichokes, I would let a couple of them go to flower. The flower is a fantastic electric blue color.
