Hmmm! Good cooked up in split peas or beans. Also boil and eat with salt there are pockets of very good meat but maybe two is all you can eat very rich.. Up around the nostrils they say taste like tender loins. Grand pa said the only thing on a pig that went to waste was the squeal and he was working on an idea for that before he died.
