Looking for a good Jerky Recipe - w/o dehydrator

Itching to continue using my new NOBS. Need a jerky recipe that i can do entirely in the smoker - i don't have a dehydrator. Something spicy :)

This is my "go to" jerky recipe and is 100% smoker prepared:

You can make it as spicy as you want by adding more cayenne, or my preference (because it is a smoky flavor), chipotle powder.
