Hi everyone, have been lurking in the background for a few days. Figured it was time to register. Fairly new to smoking, have done a little on a brinkman. Looking forward to purchasing a Bradley with an auber PID. I'm sure I will find alot of useful information here.

welcome aboard,

before you  purchase take some time to think on what you  will be  smoking, If you  will be doing  long sausages  or big loads of meat 45 lbs plus  then buy the 6 rack for the  room. or  shorter sausages and loads under 40 lbs  then buy the 4 rack.

once that  decision is made the rest is pretty  easy.

1) buy the right  smoker for you
2) buy the pid
3) buy across the board briquettes in a  qty of 48 and find your favorites
4) purchase puck savers or bubba pucks
5) buy  a maverick et 732 wireless thermometer

consider location if you are going to keep it  outside  then some type os plastic  shed to keep it out of the  weather and help with heat loss

again  welcome aboard and  enjoy
