Was out with my wife at Whitemarsh island today. She said i wanna take you to a bbq place, I said Wiley's? Yeah you been there? No but i knows where it is.






Took some sauce shots.




My wife ordered this giganticus brisket baked tater. It was good and she brought 3/4 home.


I ordered the sausage (go figure) My wife said i bring you to a bbq place and you order sausage. WTH



So the Q is pretty decent and a clean but small place.

I asked the waitress what type of smokers and she said Southern Pride. Wiley dont do comps anymore she said and the county made him wire and secure the smokers down.




While out i did some store pics of some sauce. Maybe you seen these.

I might have to take the wife south this year for vacation.Those sauces look mighty impresive.I like them smokers too.
