Dinner May 2nd and lunch on May 3rd

Smoked some boneless pork ribs for dinner on the 2nd and had the leftovers for lunch the next day.
Sprinkled the Teagues Rub over them and then smoked for 2 hours with cherry at 210, total cook time was just over 3 hours.
Added a salad and some mac & cheese, yum yum
