First, for all those great posts that I have lurked on that mde my BS experience that much better, thank you one and all.

I bought my BS after reading Ruhlman's Charcuterie and have not regretted the purchase (although curse you Ruhlman and the below zero Midwest nights I have been nursing a smoke!).

BTW, I hate the CAPTCHA just to post
