beef ribs

So I decided to be lazy and not smoke the beef ribs I had and I just put them in a roaster and slow roasted them.  What a disappointment when you have had them before smoked.  They were still ok, just not as good as when you smoke them.  I guess that is what I get for being lazy.

Sometimes you need lazy.....if they were good enough to eat and not have to give to the dog, it was a successful cook. Hey, Babe Ruth didn't hit a homerun everytime at bat. We all do lazy sometimes but most won't admit it. HAHA
