Sorry Guys for the blurry picture, just wanted to share with all my new smoker.

I was undecided what to do either build my own and use a Bradley smoke generator, or purchase an OBS. After reading many posts regarding the New OBS I decided to just go with this one.
So far I'm very pleased with my purchase I think it will supply all my needs.

I make some jerky over the weekend , turned out Ok for my first try.
I have some chicken smoking right now with some of Jan's rub and some with rub I get from my local seasoning manufacturing plant (Targil) http://www.targil.com/ I will post some pictures of my smoke later today.

Never try to teach a pig to sing; it wastes your time and annoys the pig.
