HI my name is robert and i just ordered my first bradley smoker. I can't wait to see all the recipes and other things on this forum. Where are the best place to see the recipes, and i am new to this so is brining necessary for all items.

Welcome Robert.  Short answer is , no it is not necessary to brine everything you smoke.

A great source of recipes for the Bradley is here www.susanminor.org  The recipes were developed for the Bradley by Bradley owners.  Don't worry about trying to sign in.  It is no longer necessary.

This Fourm gives the confidence to try new things.  For years in my old smoker I only did fish and jerky.  Now I do it all my sisters fam is addicted to snack sticks and tomorrow knuck bacon.
