So this weekend i decided that i would do some ribs and wanted to try a Apricot Habenero BBQ sauce i seen online. So thurs night i made the sauce, kind of funny looking color and more like a paste almost but it tasted good! So i did a pork loin on saturday night with a Pecan Rub i found. Then on sunday did my ribs! After the 1st three hours i i put some brown sugar on them and sprayed them with apple juice and liquid butter. Then finished them with some of my sauce on for the last 40 minutes. Here are some pictures! They didnt last long!
