Lurker from Maine says Hello

I have been here for a couple of years but never posted and never introduced myself, so, "hello all" from central Maine.  I have an OBS, and with this forum's help and great information I have added a second element (with switch), a PID, and 4 more shelves which are very handy when making jerky.  I can't count the hours I have spent reading this forum, learning many great things.  For all intents and purposes, all of my smoking knowledge has been gained right here and for that I say thank you.  Oh yeah, my wife, friends, and neighbors are appreciative, too.
