Does anyone have a good recipe from scratch? Also what wood do you use?

Best I can do is a Fresh Brat recipe.

Ya can make that into sticks, just replace some of the salt with the proper amount of cure.

You can use just about any stick recipe, just add some powdered tomato soup mix.
