I just got my Bradley 4 rack digital yesterday. Any suggestions on cooking times/ smoke times would be great. My family wants ribs on the Fourth and all I have used is charcoal smokers. Do the same cook times work with the Digital? Was planning for 1 hour per pound at around 225 degrees. Thanks. Hope ya'll have a safe and Happy Fourth of July.

Welcome aboard.
How to make ribs in a Bradley

Visual aids of ribs some guy makes and makes them well ::) ;D
look at this thread and this one
only difference is that I made these in a pellet smoker but using the same 3-2-1 or slightly modified method from the above link. I went 2.5-2-.5. Just because.
Oh, don't sweat the temp swings. It'll be fine. Good luck
