Smoked the two fatties yesterday.

Used 1 lb. ground beef, 1 lb. bacon, 4 oz. cheese filling for each. (1 w/Velveeta, 1 w/cream cheese, various spices, diced onions and peppers in both.)

Smoked w/2 hours oak, at 250 to IT 165.
Total cook time 3.5 hrs.


Finished product.


Made a pretty good sammmie.
Both needed a little more cheese filling mixture.
